The newest UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez will be forced to wait 6-8 months before defending his title.  The Heavyweight Champion injured his shoulder while training for a rumored title defense in April against #1 contender Junior Dos Santos.  The UFC has had its Heavyweight Champions plagued by injuries the past several years.  Expect an announcement from UFC President Dana White on the issue in the near future.
