The Louisiana Boxing and Wrestling Commission gave every fighter that competed on the UFC Fight night 25 a 7 day medical suspension for precautionary reasons. The following fighters below received lengthier suspensions due to being knocked out or, cut or possible broken bones in their face.

Jake Shields: Suspended for 30 days due to TKO
Jason MacDonald: Suspended for 30 days due to TKO
Shamar Bailey: Suspended for 60 days due to facial trauma, tough fight
Lance Benoist: Suspended for 60 days due to severe cut that required 12 stitches
