LEAD REPORTER/ON AIR TALENT: Aaron Tru
Referred to as a “Master Marketer” by ESPN’s Jay Crawford, Aaron Tru is an “on-camera” MMA personality and marketing consultant who holds a bachelors degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. Tru gained international fame for engaging in one of the most extreme marketing stunts ever when he planned to be attacked and choked unconscious by a female MMA championship fighter, Chris “Cyborg” Santos. After millions of views, Mr. Tru has been seen on ESPN, The O’Reilly Factor, The Best Damn Sports Show, multiple shows in Japan and Europe, and has even been featured on the front page of tmz.com, making the “choke out” video an iconic cult classic. Additionally, Tru has been featured in MMA Worldwide Magazine and has appeared as a guest on several radio shows. Tru has covered over 75 MMA events including UFC, StrikeForce, Elite XC, and Affliction, and several other promotions in the California Area. As a result, Tru has become a trusted member of the MMA community and built rapports with promoters, sponsors, fighters and managers. Before dedicating his professional career to combat sports, Tru was a Corporate Business Consultant. Sighting his devotion and passion for combat sports, Tru returned to the MMA industry full-time in 2008.
LEAD WRITER: Ryan Justason
Ryan Justason grew up all over Canada; from Halifax, Nova Scotia to many different parts of Ontario including Toronto and finally Philadelphia. Ryan grew up loving professional wrestling and joined the local wrestling team when his family moved to Philidelphia at the age of 13 and continued to wrestle throughout high school. After finishing school, Ryan became a bouncer at a club just outside of Philadelphia. With Ryan standing at 6 foot 4, 235 pounds, he was curious as to why he was working with a guy 5 foot 9, 170 pounds? The other bouncer turned out to be the 2007 Judo champion of Pennsylvania and ran a local MMA gym. Ryan attended one class and his interest in MMA blew ski high, becoming a full time hobby. Since then, Ryan has been training in Muay Thai and MMA classes that consist of Judo, BJJ and Wrestling. Ryan is best known as ThatMMAGuy because of his blogs web address http://www.ThatMMAGuy.wordpress.com. One day while networking his original website Justason stumbled upon the work of Aaron Tru. The two developed a friendship out of mutual respect for each others work and passion for combat sports. Justason has since been named the lead writer for http://www.MMAPrime.TV .

I was raised in the entertainment business. My mom was a waitress at one of the first Chuck E. Cheese’s to be built in Fresno, Ca., and my Dad auditioned for the Gong Show twice. Also, my Grandma is from Switzerland, and apparently there is quite a long line of yodelers on her side of the family. I think yodeling is for dicks, but with all the talent in my family, it’s really not surprising that I’m a bad ass editor.

Adrian Gallegos was born/raised in Los Angeles and a portion of his work covers architecture, landscapes, and Sports. His desire to capture moments in life gave him the desire to do photography. With the same passion to photography he has applied it MMA. Currently training in Muay Thai and BJJ. Adrian originally started covering events with Tru in southern California. He has covered KOTC, CalledOUT, LBFN and other events. His portfolio continues to grow and plans to shoot a UFC event one day.
